BARS- The Bars workouts change constantly, but all are based on a one-of-a-kind program created in-house that focuses on five main styles of movements—primal moves, power moves, strength and stability, and anaerobic output (intense bursts of cardiovascular activity) —in order to create a smart and super-intense workout. 🚨B&B Bingo Fitness Challenge Orientation start this weekend! 🚨

Saturday Jan. 18th at 9AM

Are you ready to kick-off the new year with fitness and self-care? Join us in our new fitness challenge to increase energy, build strength and grow your fitness practice with a community of like-minded folks focused on their health and well-being.

• WHEN: Challenge begins January 18th through March 1st at 9AM
• WHY: To better your overall health and well-being by building a strong nutritional foundation (that goes well beyond the challenge) and a consistent fitness regimen that is centered on creating healthy habits, losing weight and building muscle.
• WHAT (you get): We will establish baseline data on your body composition (body fat %, lean body mass etc.), along with before and after photos, to give you an accurate assessment of the progress made over the six weeks of the challenge. There will be a celebration party and prizes given after the challenge ends.

The challenge starts on Saturday January 18th at 9am with an orientation, where you will have your measurements taken, along with a before photo. You'll be able to ask questions, meet the coaches and other members in the challenge. Throughout the program you will also receive nutritional guidance and fitness guidelines from our expert staff! The last day of the challenge will be Saturday, March 1st, where you'll come in to get measured and take an after picture.

Dear B&B Community,

As fires continue to affect our region, our hearts are heavy with concern for our community members facing incredible challenges. During times like these, it is inspiring to see how we can come together to support one another, and we want to do our part to help.

Starting today, we will have a dedicated area at Bars and Burn for anyone who wishes to drop off supplies, donations, food, clothes or anything else that might assist those in need. In times like these, it is important that we come together to support one another, doing what we can to help because any contribution (time, goods, etc.) can make a difference to someone in our community.
Here are examples of items that are most needed:

•Non-perishable food
•Bottled water
•Clothing (new or gently used)
•Blankets and bedding
•Toiletries and hygiene products
•Pet supplies

Additionally, here are some organizations that are providing support. (These links are in our bio for quick access!)

Dear Bars & Burn/We2 Family,

I hope this message finds you thriving in your health and fitness journey. Today, I want to share something personal with you—something that has completely transformed my perspective on pain relief, movement, and overall health.

As someone who has always believed in the power of exercise and movement as the ultimate tool for managing pain and achieving wellness, I was hesitant about chiropractic therapy.
