Clarity doesn't come from overthinking.

It comes when we quiet the mind, nurture the body, and tune into the soul.

Why Let Go of Seeking Approval?
Because the only stamp of approval you truly need is your own.

Trying to please others?
πŸ” You’ll end up shape-shifting.
🎭 Swapping masks to fit in.
πŸŒ€ Losing sight of you in the noise.

Your authenticity isn’t negotiable.
Root back into your truth.
Your self-approval sets you free.

Your take? Drop a DM if you’re done wearing masks.

The best path is the one that fits you. When it comes to life, there is no "one size fits all" approach. The only true path is the one you find yourself on.Your journey has moulded you for the greater good. It was exactly what it needed to be. Don't think you've lost time. It took each and every situation you have encountered to bring you to the now, and now is right on time!

Humans, like trees, need to be grounded in our bodies with Mother Earth. But we also need to be grounded and aligned with our higher self. When we achieve oneness with the spiritual self in the physical body, our vibration increases and energy flows effortlessly. Happiness, friendships, love and other relationships, career success, and abundance flow through the roots of our grounding and into the branches of our lives. All of our energy centers affect each other.

They are our foundations, the roots of our trees. When they are energized, it creates celebration, and everything in our lives flows continually.

Grounding is connected to the root energy center, which is found at the base of our spine.
A lack of groundedness often starts in childhood. If you had trauma in your childhood, it’s no wonder that you don’t feel safe and secure in the world. The lack of safety and security can drastically affect your life, especially your ability to relax and sleep.

If you don’t feel comfortable letting go when you’re awake, how can you let go enough to enter a deep, healing sleep? The sleep state is where the logic/ego mind lets go and drifts into sleep, but if we don’t feel safe and secure or grounded, our sleep is the first thing negatively affected.

Everything you need is already inside you. Everything you seek is within you. You are exactly where you need to be at this moment.I wasted several precious years of my life, escaping reality, looking for answers outside of myself.

We have all the tools we need to love ourselves and be our own best advocate, inside us already.

Many times, we think success stems from having an abundance of wealth, expensive items, and high social stature. In reality, none of that means anything if we are not in alignment with our own soul and ideas and if we aren’t truly happy.

Some tips for finding inner peace:

Sit quietly and listen to your inner self. Many people use mediation in conjunction with this.

Journaling and writing your thoughts and feelings can help.

Go back and look at previous posts in your journal and see if anything inspires you.

Remember, a step forward, no matter how small, it is still progress.

The greatest joy, fulfillment, and peace come when you find the path of surrender. You begin to simplify your life and detach from the shackles of materialism.

Once you get a handle on that, it soon becomes clear that all wisdom and peace you seek is in the present moment. That’s why it’s called the β€œpresent”—because it’s the greatest gift we can give ourselves. It’s priceless!

Each one of us has the chance to spread love with every interaction we have. Every time we encounter a challenging situation we have two options: choose love or choose fear.

Fear has separated us. Fear has made us question our differences. Fear has created hatred. Fear has built walls. Fear has skewed our truth.

Though fear has done all of these things that seem to be invincible, what is actually pretty amazing about it all is that love (the thoughts, the actions, the energy) can actually overcome it.

The love that I’m speaking about is a continual, conscious choice; it’s a practice.

This week, I want to encourage you to be mindful of your thoughts, begin to notice when fear shows up, and consciously choose again.

Take time to meditate or pray daily, be kind and compassionate to yourselves, and to others, be patient, be generous, be empowered, be courageous, and be confident that every little right thought and action you think and take, matters. It all matters.

You might not think that even thinking a positive thought over negative thought matters, but think about what the world would be like if we all came from a place of love and positivity.

Rest is not idle. It’s not a waste. Sometimes rest is the most productive thing you can do for your body and soul.⁣Here are 7 Ways to Accept and Lean Into :
1. Commit to your rest or recovery.

2. Be willing to say no: When our reasons of rest aren’t obvious from the outside, we have to consciously set boundaries and say no when needed.

3. Focus on what you can do, instead of getting stuck on what you can’t.

4. Let go of the trap of comparing yourself to others.

5. Continually get back in touch with your why.

6. Let yourself dream about the future.

7. Believe that you have nothing to prove. This last one is the most important. You are already enough. Everything you need to be is already inside of you. Your worth is not based on your productivity. You are worthy of rest.

For so many of us, one of the biggest barriers to real, restorative rest is everything we have ON OUR MINDS. If this is you, try my guided meditations available on my website or any of our short online courses.

Give yourself permission to REST.
