Now is your time to finally say yes to that still voice inside your heart that has continually been whispering and painting the perfect picture of your dream life—a life filled with the manifestation of joy, love, health, happiness, and prosperity. This is what is possible when you reconnect with your authentic self.Excerpt from my book: Living Through Choice

if you have been on your healing journey here are 5 signs that will let you know you are healing from trauma: 1- You begin to find yourself again.

2- You question your beliefs: you begin to question the beliefs that you were raised with. You may go through a spiritual awakening and you start to build your own identity.

3- You stop caring what others think and stop looking for their approval: You realize other people's opinions of you were mostly mere projections and you are now better acquainted with your strengths and weaknesses.

4- You outgrow everything: You try to go back to your old life but it doesn't fit anymore. Relationships, work even your wardrobe, just don't make sense anymore and you have outgrown them.

5- You begin to love life again: You are no longer annoyed by couples kissing on the road, you find pleasure in the simple things in life, you smile at people, and you might find yourself talking to strangers more often.

What other signs of healing have you noticed on your journey?

Put your hand on your chest and feel proud of yourself right now. Not only for making it through this year but for doing so with your heart and joy still intact. I truly believe that there was more beauty, there was more strength, there was more love this year than anyone probably thought possible.

And as we wrap up this year, it’s important to think about that. Not just the headlines and the hard stuff, but the beauty and strength of the human spirit that came unexpectedly too.

Here are my Go-To Rituals for Ending a Year and Starting a New One:

1. Let’s start by first looking at your calendar from just the past year to take an intake of trips you took or accomplishments you’re proud of, just big massive things you’ve done this year.

2. Write down 25 things you are proud of this past year. It can be anything…

3. Pick a word or phrase (or 2 or 3) about the undeniable biggest lessons/obstacles that got presented to you that year.

4. Imagine that it’s December 31, 2024, one year from now, and thinking through and imagining it was just the perfect year. What made it that way? Write it down.

5. Pick a word for 2024. Write that down too- how you want to feel, a mindset you want to take on, or a way you want to show up. What is this year about for you?

The next step is to keep these notes. These are treasures for yourself, that help you remember the big things in life, and how you want to live them. Whenever you feel like you need a boost, pull it out again and remind yourself where you want to go, and what needs to happen for you to do so. I personally keep these out and review them weekly, but it’s totally up to you.

Love & Light

You deserve what you desire.

Do you wan to manifest faster? Incorporate into your daily routine practices such as meditation. Meditating for 20 minutes twice a day is proven to refresh and refuel you to meet the demands of our busy schedules. Allocating an area of your home for quiet reflection will serve as a personal reminder to sit down, close your eyes, and focus on the here and now. Also, this area can be used as a reading nook.

Here are some items you could add to your meditation space:

1- Have a comfortable cushion or seat. Having a solid comfortable base is important to feel grounded and connected. Also, if you are not comfortable it will be harder to stay focused.

2-Add your favourite spiritual tools such as cards, crystals, candles, singing bowls, etc.

3- Adorn your sacred space with inspirational art or objects such as your favourite books, plants, journal, etc.

4. Delight your senses with essential oils, candles, flowers, etc.

5. Choose soft lighting such as the natural light from a window or perhaps a Himalayan salt lamp.

Having a sacred space, also known as an altar, is a powerful daily tool and ritual to slow down and tap into your spiritual connection.

Taking time to look inward may not always feel like the best use of our time when we have a thousand and one tasks on our to-do list. However, it brings about a new and much deeper understanding of ourselves and the world we live in.

It gives us the opportunity to live more authentically with our soul's desires and connect with others and nature on a spiritual and energetic level.

Hope your having an abundant, peaceful and joyful Christmas in the company of your friends, family and loved ones.

With all of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we're all certainly needing time to slow down and reflect. To do that I've rounded up 2 of my favorite Christmas prayers and blessings:1. Round this table, here to pray. First, we thank you for the day. For our family and our friends. Gifts of grace that heaven lends. Living water, daily bread. Countless blessings our God sends. Thank you for them all. For the great ones and the small. When we're happy, when we're sad. On the good days and the bad. We are grateful, we are glad.

2. We give thanks for this time when we can all be together. We give thanks for this food which is bountiful and delicious. We give thanks for this joyful holiday when we can celebrate. With joy we pray.

3. My prayer for you this Christmas Is like a special gift

I choose to ask for peace and joy. And there's more on this list!
I know you need both hope and love to fill your life anew

And so I take these precious things and wrap them up for you.

I ask that you would know how much you're loved and held so dear. As I take a ribbon of grace and tie a bow this year.

And on the label I will write: My promise new to you: “You're in my prayers this Christmas time and the whole year through.”

Merry Christmas!

Key to Manifesting: Protect your energy and set healthy boundaries. In order to manifest it is important to stay in a high frequency as much as possible, and protecting your energy and setting boundaries will help you to do so.

Our energy and energetic spaces are sacred, so we need to treat them as such. ⁣

Keeping your energy clear takes work, and as we go through life, we can give away our power, so it is important that we call it back by cutting the energetic cord.

Here's a short prayer that will help you to heal and protect your energetic space:

''I call back any lost soul fragments, power, or light now. Any vows, soul contracts, or programs from the past or present, from this life or others that are not in the highest good of all, I relinquish now.

Any power or light that I have willingly or unwillingly given away or taken from me, I call back now.

Any cords or attachments from this life or others, I release now for the highest good of all. And so it is, and so it is. ''

Key to get what you want: Be grateful for what you already have. When you cultivate gratitude, you're able to feel true joy and contentment, no matter what you have or don't have in your life. The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like, when you're grateful for what you already have, you naturally attract more for which you can be grateful.⁣

Here are 6 daily habits of gratitude that will attract more abundance and joy into your life:

1. Take 5 minutes each morning to write down the things you appreciate in life.

2. Make a conscious effort to appreciate at least 3 people every day.

3.Set a specific time each day to consciously appreciate everything you encounter. An ideal time to do this is on your way to or from work. Appreciate the people you pass, the road you walk on, the rain that’s nourishing the plants and trees, and so on.

4. Carry a physical token of gratitude in your pocket, such as a heart-shaped stone, crystal, or some other small item.

5. The best way to activate your gratitude is by acknowledging the gifts most people take for granted. If you have food in your refrigerator, clothes in your closet and a roof over your head, and you are healthy, you are better off than 75 percent of the world’s population.

6. Finally, don’t forget to appreciate your OWN positive qualities and accomplishments. In addition to celebrating your big successes, acknowledge your small daily successes too. We all need acknowledgment, but the most important acknowledgment is that which we give to ourselves.

Key to manifesting: Heal your traumas, toxic behaviors/ habits and reconnect with yourself again. I deeply believe that in order to get what you want in life you must work on your mindset, habits, fears and wounds from the past. You can't attract positive things if your vibrations are low or if you don't trust or feel ready to receive more in your life.

Hence I write my book Wisdom Unbounded.

Working with mantras, journaling exercises, intention setting, and other tools, with this book I will guide you to go within and engage with your deep spirit and open long-forgotten parts of your mind.

In this book, I'll be showing you how to use The Surrender Method. I developed this method after my own struggle with depression, panic attacks and physical challenges, and I've been successfully using these systems with my clients for decades.

This book is a spiritual guide. It is here to support you and uplift you on your journey. Embrace the philosophy that you have the power within to make changes in your life. Remember that your healing is in your hands, and trust that you can reconnect with the divine within that makes it all possible.

By the end of your journey, you will feel aligned. You will have shaken off the dust and sand and will stand in your light. You will be ready to take the necessary steps and make the changes to move forward into a life full of alignment, freedom, peace, and celebration. Remember, it all comes from within. You are wisdom unbounded.

Here are 7 simple steps to start manifesting the most incredible year: 1- Decide what you desire. Be very specific about what you desire this year. Don't worry about ''the how'' you are going to get it, just get very clear ON WHAT YOU DESIRE. You can write it down in your journal or create a vision board.
2- Ask the Universe. This step is very important. You can't get what you desire if you don't ask for it. Ask and know you have received.
3- Visualize your success: For this, you can create a vision board.
4- Add emotions to your visualization: Manifestation is more powerful when we add emotions into the mix. Once you visualize your success, write down in a journal how it feels having accomplished your goals. As if it’s already here.
5- Practice gratitude: I wrote a blog post about how to use the power of gratitude to manifest your goals and get anything you desire. You can visit the link in my bio if you want to expand more on the subject.
6- Trust the Universe: Surrender your plans to the Universe. When we get too attached to an outcome, we are actually blocking our blessings.
7- Get ready to receive: In order to receive, we need to be an energetic match for what we desire. The Universe won't give us what we can't handle. If you desire to receive love, you need to start loving yourself. If you desire more money you need to get better with your finances. If you desire a better career, you need to be ready to be an energetic match for it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Are you ready to manifest an incredible 2024?

Every person, place, and thing on this planet is interconnected with love. I am at home in the universe.

THE 17-SECOND RULE TO MANIFESTING: Whenever you are in a good mood, you are in a perfect vibration to manifest.
Hold a thought for 17 seconds or more. Example: Think about your hearts greatest desire for love, mission, health…Feel that happiness. Think about what that looks like and feels like. Then let it go and have faith that it will manifest.

“I shouldn’t apply for this job, I’m not experienced enough.”
“I think I’ll skip this semester’s term as well, I’m still not ready to pass the exam…”
“I can’t ask my boss for a raise, they won’t give me more money anyway!”
How many times have you sabotaged yourself with negative thoughts or destructive feelings like guilt or shame? If the answer is more than once, that’s already too many times.
Doing this isn’t uncommon. Many of us struggle with recurring negative thoughts that undermine our confidence, outlook, mood, and self-esteem.However, the problem with these is that they often become self-fulfilling prophecies.
What does that mean? It means that what we believe about ourselves becomes our reality: our thoughts shape the way we act, and the way we act shapes our destiny. So, at some point, our negative beliefs become firmer and we begin to retreat from the valuable things in life and drag our ambitions, relationships, careers, or friendships down that hole.
But, does it have to be this way? Is it possible to reverse this process? Well, of course! Here’s where positive affirmations come in.
What are positive affirmations: The name says it all: they are positive statements that help you confront the negative, destructive thoughts that sometimes inhabit your mind.
We use them to motivate ourselves to make positive changes in our lives or to enhance our confidence and self-esteem. If you often struggle with negative thoughts, perhaps daily affirmations are the best way to replace these destructive patterns with more adaptive ones!
Take a screenshoot of any of these affirmations and save it as a phone wallpaper.

Self-love is a journey, it doesn't come easy. In a society that is so focused on looks and material, it can be hard to fully embrace yourself. If you are struggling to develop self-love today here are some reasons to love your body. 1- Your body makes you unique.
2- Your body has great healing power.
3- Life is precious
4- It is very resilient
5- It keeps you alive
6- Your body is the temple of your soul
If you are struggling with self-love feel free to check out some of the tools available on my website and if you need support on your journey feel free to email me or book a free consultation.

Your mindset plays a huge part in manifesting what you want in life. With thousands of thoughts floating around in your head every day, you essentially talk to yourself more than anybody else. Because the mind is such a powerful place, it’s important to constantly grow and adapt your ways of thinking. You need to continuously work on shifting your mindset to embrace new perspectives if you want to become a more accepting person.

Here are 5 mindset shifts that transformed my life:

1-Trusting that better things are coming: I’m grateful that I’m naturally quite an optimistic person. Although I wasn’t raised to be one. No matter what happens, I’ve always been able to keep moving forward. Part of this is my belief that better things will always come to me. Giving up is not an option.
2- Enjoy the process while working towards goals: Setting goals for the future and being present and focused while working to accomplish them. Focusing on enjoying the journey there.
3- Focusing on my strengths over my weaknesses: It’s much more productive and beneficial to truly focus on levelling up my strengths than trying to overhaul all of my weaknesses.
4- Spending less time worrying about the past: I always remind myself that even if I could go back in time and change things, there’s no saying that it would alter my life or make me a happier person.
5- Optimizing what’s in my control: I’ve learned that it’s 100 times more productive to take action in the current moment than spend time overthinking what hasn’t even happened yet.
After reading this post, I hope you feel empowered to change any negative thought patterns you may have fallen into. You always have the power to make huge changes in your life by simply reframing your thoughts.

The law of attraction is one of the 12 universal laws of hermetic philosophy, and was popularized by Rhonda Byrne’s self-help book “The Secret.” The general idea is that what you think about and contribute to the world is what you get back. Your mind is like a magnet, and the energy you give off will return to you.

How does this actually help? It's hard to hide your mood. When you are gloomy and pessimistic or cynical, it shows in your face, body language, and choices. This applies to both positive and negative thoughts. When you are excited, engaged, and optimistic, that shows as well.

In general, people choose to spend more time around others who bring out positive emotions in them. And research shows that people who have a positive mindset are more productive, creative, and better at problem-solving than their peers.

In other words, if you are putting out positive vibes, you are set up to perform better, and you are attracting other similarly well-equipped people who may prove to be useful allies, mentors, or colleagues.

That doesn't mean you should overdo it by being optimistic and upbeat. Be authentic. It’s not easy being upbeat 24/7.

Your mind is your most powerful tool. Reprogramming your conscious and subconscious mind takes work. The more you train yourself to think positively, the more natural it’ll become.

Achieving your dreams is possible — first, you need to believe.

If you believe you can, you can. You've probably heard that from some well-meaning supporter at some point in your life. There's nothing you can't do if you set your mind to it.The question is: do manifestation methods work?

These platitudes are well-intended and meant to help. Especially when we're young, their simple, positive message can help us overcome fears and self-doubt that can be limiting.

This type of encouragement has gained popularity as a mantra in an idea known as manifesting or manifestation. Manifesting is based on the idea that you can think your dreams into reality. By having a clear vision and focusing on it through a variety of manifestation methods, you can attract your dream into your life.

In reality, we know that just thinking about something we want — or chanting about it — is unlikely to achieve your goals. Yet, in life, we do tend to go where we focus. Our mindset shapes our thoughts. Our thoughts shape our behaviors.

If you believe you can, you can. This type of mantra is sometimes called the law of attraction. While it won't attract your dream into being, visualizing what you want is a simple yet effective manifestation method to help you achieve your goals.

The power of positive thinking is no joke. Our mindset determines how we see the world and take advantage of opportunities.

Knowing how to manifest your goals can be the first step to making those dreams a reality. This week we’ll explore how it works so stay tuned!

Surrendering your fears invites divine intervention and the miracle of healing. The stories of miraculous healing my clients have experienced are a living example of the power of the universal that guides you to your heart’s desire.

To put this law into action in your life, write down your goals and dreams in the present tense as if you already have them and live them.

Read this list every night and every morning, when your subconscious is most suggestible. This will help you to stay mindful in thinking and speaking about what you choose to experience and to openly surrender yourself to Source, allowing your dreams to manifest.

This practice will also help you to release your fears, as well as other illusions, assisting you in moving forward on your path to healing and reconnecting you with your true purpose.

Today more than ever I honestly thing being soft or vulnerable is an act of courage. The world needs more softness, acceptance, kindness and most of all LOVE. Can you imagine a world with more empathetic, vulnerable and assertive political leaders, CEO's and people in power?

Can you imagine a world where softness is considered a sign of strength, leadership, and bravery?

What would happen if we start normalizing being soft?

Fear has two meanings: Forget everything and run or Face everything and rise. It’s a false evidence appearing real. The choice is yours.

Each of us incarnates into a physical body to experience our own journey in this life. While we’re on this journey, we are responsible only for our own thoughts, feelings, and actions, rather than the thoughts, feelings, or actions of anyone else.

Accepting this truth is a big step along the journey to healing, helping us to release fear, anger, and resentment and live in the divine light of love and joy.

By reconnecting with Source, embracing responsibility for our own actions and feelings, and refusing to be held accountable for the actions or feelings of others, we can begin to lead happier, fearless, healthier lives filled with purpose and beauty.

Today is a great day to express gratitude. If you want to enhance the power of gratitude here's a simple yet powerful exercise you can do: Grab a pen an paper or simply head to your phone notes and write 10 things you are grateful for.

Today I'm grateful for my health
Today I'm grateful for my spiritual practice to be of service to others
Today I'm grateful for the food on my table
Today I'm grateful for random acts of kindness
Today I'm grateful for my mental health
Today I'm grateful for my intuition
Today I'm grateful for my children
Today I'm grateful for my clients
Today I'm grateful for this community
Today I'm grateful for my freedom

What are you grateful for?

Life is a journey during which the soul continually seeks to express its divine self. During this time in human history, however, many people make the mistake of confusing spirituality with religious doctrine. To clarify, spirituality is not a religion. It is that quiet space deep inside of us. It is the light within us where the gentle guiding wisdom of Source resides. It is our inner voice, or our intuition, which always speaks the truth.
Spirituality is the calm awareness that allows us to remain in the present moment, the part of ourselves that frees us from judgment, blame, guilt, and fear. It patiently waits for our signal of surrender to take us on a journey to our spiritual path—the unique path each of us is here to fulfill. Yet far too often, we fail to follow this guidance to love and be of service.
The beauty and peace of living a spiritually fulfilled life is accessible for each and every one of us, because at our core, we are all one with Source.
If you are currently seeking to find your truth and you believe there is more to life than what you are experiencing today, then you have already taken the first steps on your journey to enlightenment.
The next step is learning to connect more deeply with your own spirituality—your own natural link to Source.
I would be honored to guide you on this journey.

Using the power of visualization is great for getting what you want out of life. Creating a vision board is a tangible way of putting together images and words to reflect goals, dreams, and desires for your life. When you affirm these visions in a positive way, the law of attraction starts to work for you and brings these things into your life. Check out my latest Blog Post with “some reasons you need to think about creating a vision board” and how to put one together.

How about if we dedicate today to making kindness the new norm? Being kind is better than being right. Kindness is what humanity needs right now!

Some of us spend a lot of time thinking about the relationships we have with significant others but little time thinking about the one we have with ourselves. Our relationship to ourselves takes time and effort just like any other. That’s where self-love comes in. It doesn’t need to take a lot to show yourself love, just a commitment.

Here are a few ideas to get started:

1-Don’t compare. In a world of social media, it’s easy to compare ourselves, and our lives, to others. You just can’t respect yourself and feel that you are enough if you constantly find yourself as less than another person.

2-Just say no. To show yourself love it’s best to strike a balance between what you do for others and saying enough’s enough.
3-Follow through. Sometimes it’s easiest to break our commitments to ourselves in order to help someone else. When we do this, we demonstrate that we are not a priority to ourselves. Think about how a partner would feel if we constantly broke commitments this way. Your significant other would grow tired of you not making them a priority and eventually learn to not trust you. It’s the same with yourself.

4-Adopt a nightly ritual. Set a time to unplug every night, and start by literally unplugging from your computer, phone, and television. After that, put into your routine the things that are self-loving to you, such as reading, meditation, or journaling.
5-Clean your closets. Sorting through your closets and getting rid of things you’ve outgrown or are out of style is about more than making space for newer stuff. If we keep too many things from our history, we can stay attached to the energy of those things.

If you find these ideas helpful don't forget to share or save this post. This week I'll be sharing more ideas with you
