Our membership includes: Unlimited CrossFit, FREE targeted Sports Massage, Supervised Childcare 4-6pm M-F, and Open Gym during classes and M,W,F 11am-1pm. CrossFit Archangel is named after St. Michael the Archangel and US Army Captain Archangel Muscato II. We aim to help heal our members bodies, minds, and spirits!
