Great decline bench to help the lower back during exercise. Very few gyms have this bench. One of my favorite things about our Glendale Brand studio!

One of my favorite hamstring isolation exercise. The extended hip (standing) allows for all three hamstring muscles to activate and pull the resistance up. Why is hamstring strength important? It plays a pivotal part in jumping and dynamic running as well as the first muscle group to fire up when taking a step. πΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆ COOL! π
