Everyone gets busy during the holidays, and often, the first thing to go is their workout plan. This is what NOT to do!
You can’t train for 10 months and stop for 2 months without your fitness going backwards. If you go off track during the holiday season, don't give up. Just get right back to it… you will thank yourself once the new year begins! Drink tons of water, workout, get enough protein and sleep!

HERE WE ARE AGAIN!
PROGRESS UPDATE: picture on the left is and the picture on the right is . God blessed us with another healthy beautiful baby girl! Since this isn’t my first rodeo, I know the amount of hard work and dedication that lies ahead. Finding time to workout has NOT been easy, however I’ve been trying my best to dedicate an hour to myself 4- 5 times a week. NOTHING BEATS FEELING STRONG, HEALTHY, FIT AND HAPPY! The important thing is to love yourself along the way in ALL stages of your journey. I train because I absolutely LOVE it !
