August class dates at !!!

the last flyer had a typo- here are the JULY dates for ASS CAMP !!!!

july dates at ! i wish there were more classes but i’m in vegas the first week then the last week is book club!

we are popping up with our friends at .stu in downtown las vegas for a very special ASS CAMP workout this saturday at 12pm noon. VERY LIMITED capacity so dm us to rsvp and we will give you ticket instructions! tell your vegas friends!

it’s beautiful springtime as we leap into summer and it’s time for another outdoor rooftop workout in collaboration w/ ! this one is special because there will also be a sustainable/vintage market outside downstairs with and my brand will also have a table! link in bio for tickets!

all levels welcome. we will be using kinetic resistance bands and no weights so it is slightly more beginner-friendly!

this week’s class menu:

slide 1 - dark chocolate covered pretzel post-workout protein smoothie (vegan/gluten-free/nut free)

slide 2- thai iced tea post-workout protein smoothie (vegan/gluten-free/caffeine-free)

slide 3- tropical peach pre-workout tonic (low caffeine nootropic blend that promotes focus, energy and supports positive mood!)

slide 4- grape hydrator electrolytes (sugar-free/organic/vegan)

sadly only 2 evening classes at in may because i’ll be traveling, but save the date and join us! will update soon with any daytime outdoor classes!
