Yes! Now is the time to take the workouts you have, research ways to do them with the equipment you have or get creative with things around your house. If you are serious about your goals, youll make s**t happen with what you have. Dont let all your hard work go to crap because "i dont have a full gym at home" or "i dont have this or that". We all miss the gym, but until we can go back, get to work! Yes its frustrating but so many others are making it work for them so why not make it work for you as well?

For most, well pretty much all of us, we are out of our normal routine which can lead to getting off track with our nutrition and workouts. My challenge for you is to grab your significant other or whoever is in your household, and be eachothers accountability partner! Keep each other on track, workout together. MAKE IT FUN!! Have a month challenge to see who makes the most progress! Workout 4-5 days a week with cardio and no cheat meals! The loser takes the winner to dinner at the place of their choice!
As you all know, due to COVID-19 virus, businesses have been closing temporarily to help protect you, ourselves, our families and also our community. At this time i have chosen to halt in person training until further notice. I am working on a plan so my clients are taken care of and getting their sessions in. My daughter is out of school until april 10th so i need to make sure she gets her school work done. I will be in touch with clients individually to figure out a time that works best for everyone to do a live stream during the week. This situation is out of our hands and it was a hard decision, but i need to do my part in keeping my family, myself and my clients safe at this time. We will all be back together soon! Until then, stay moving, eat healthy and STAY HEALTHY MY FRIENDS. 💪🏼❤

You are stronger than you think and capable of doing some pretty amazing things. Im here to show you and help you along the way. Believe in yourself like I believe in you.
When i first started my journey, i could do maybe 2 normal push ups.
🔹️I modified them to using the wall or the back of the couch to build a little more strength even before moving to using my knees.
🔹️Here is a modified version using the smith machine.
🔹️Narrow hand position places more emphasis on triceps during the entire range of motion.
🔹️Wider hand position will target more of your shoulders (anterior delts) , pectoral muscles, and triceps more than standard pushup
🔹️Standard pushup (not shown) works shoulders, chest, back, core, quads and glutes. Hands shoulder width apart and elbows at a 45 degree angle.
Pushups are beneficial for building upper body strength. LADIES, dont be afraid of them! They work the triceps, pectoral muscles, and shoulders. When done with proper form, they can also strengthen the lower back and core by engaging/strengthing the abdominal muscles.
They are a fast and effective exercise for building strength.

from "Holy s**t! What a years difference will show the road you’ve traveled. My trainer sent me this and I didn’t realize how far i had really come until seeing myself from January last year to this year. I’m grateful for all I’ve learned and been taught about nutrition and exercise over the last year, even more excited of what I still have to learn. Posture is way better. The gut is going away. I still get to eat amazing food thanks to , she’s been killing it too and looking at old pics and how we look now I can’t wait to see what the future holds."
