Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday for Israel’s “IZ” Memorial Workout. Seeing so many friends, family, gym members, and our community come together to honor him meant more than I can say.

Every rep, cheer, hug, and show of support made the day incredibly special. I’m so grateful to everyone who helped, participated, and simply showed up.
