✨Meet Michelle aka Michelle Carrington LMT ✨

I am a HolyFire®️ Karuna Reiki Master. I am certified in HeathMath, Sound Healing, Guided Meditation and Life Coaching with a trauma informed care focus.

My personal life experiences lead me to a path of service via the healing arts.
I am grateful to offer one on one and group Meditation, Reiki & Sound Healing sessions.
In early 2023 I envisioned the Chrysalis Experience where I could combine all of this into a session while my clients were resting peacefully in a hammock. In September of 2023 that dream became a reality when I collaborated with Kayla at Grounded on Glen St and she agreed to let me install hammocks in her studio💗
I am so incredibly grateful to bring this experience to our community and to collaborate with so many wonderful people.
I also offer workshops that include Reiki Certification, Mindfulness, Celestial Rituals, Chakra Alignment, and more.

Sometimes being the best teacher, guide, and support for others means recognizing when we need to step away for a little while and do some of our own work.

Welcome Hanan Healing ❤️

Hanane is a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher (Yoga Alliance), Reiki Master, and Holistic Wellness Coach. Rooted in her Moroccan North African heritage, she brings together yoga, mindful breathwork, embodied movement, and energetic awareness to create a practice that nurtures both body and mind.

With a Vinyasa background and an intuitive approach to the body, Hanane’s classes invite students to slow down, move with intention, and cultivate a deeper connection with their breath and inner awareness. Her teaching is warm, grounded, and inclusive, welcoming students of all levels.

For Hanane, yoga is more than movement, it is an opportunity to listen inward, reconnect with yourself, and return to a sense of wholeness.

What an incredible Open House. 🙌❤️

We are still feeling so grateful for everyone who walked through our doors — familiar faces, brand-new students, new members, friends, teachers, and this amazing community that continues to show up for one another.

There is something really special about watching people come together in a space created for movement, connection, healing, and simply taking a moment for themselves.

To everyone who tried a new class, became a member, brought a friend, stopped in to say hello, or helped make the day feel so full of energy and connection — thank you.

Grounded on Glen St. has always been more than a studio. It’s the people inside it. It’s the conversations before and after class, the encouragement, the friendships, the deep breaths, the laughter, and the reminder that we don’t have to do life alone.

We are so excited to welcome our newest students and members into this community and incredibly thankful for those of you who have continued to grow with us year after year. ❤️
