So with all the gyms either closing or only allowing small numbers of people I want you to realize there are a numerous amount of things you can do at home. There are workouts using your own body, utube videos and equipment that can be purchased. Please know that movement is so important during this time. I know a lot of you are working from home and that involves a bunch of sitting. 20 minutes of interval training can increase your metabolism and increase ones energy. Please reach out to me for any ideas or zoom training! Stay safe and keep on movin 🙏❤️
If you are sitting all day don’t forget to get up walk around, stretch, drink water, do a zoom workout, ride your bike, play with dog/kids!! Just keep on moving people!! 🙏❤️
Ok everyone! It has been so busy with life that I have not posted. I hope all are healthy and safe. I know times are tough and not many people can find the motivation but I am here for ya. Please let me know if there is anything you need virtually or here at the gym. Mental health and physical health go hand in hand. The more you move the better you will feel.
