Because training should be more than just a workout.
Making adjustments throughout the in-season is one of the biggest advantages of private and semi-private training. Your program can be tailored week to week based on how your body feels, practice volume, game schedule, recovery, and performance needs. That level of individualization simply can’t be accomplished in generic group training sessions where everyone follows the same program.
