Today we’re talking through some adjustments for your Resets! Coach Julie identifies some common mistakes when performing resets, which happen to be one of 2 things:

1. The follow-through tends to be exaggerated and pushes the ball higher when we want the ball to be lower and shallower toward the kitchen

2. Grip! If we’re too firm on our grip, it can cause a pop up where if we loosen our grip we can absorb more and “catch” than hitting through the ball.

From our open demo day yesterday we had everyone come in to our facility to try playing with our newest member! The Volley Machine!

For this exercise Marek instructed us on the volley’s capabilities of going through a Drive, Drop and D**k with a line of people ready to go through it!

Using the Volley’s Camera system you’re able to walk into the zone to start the sequence and run through this with either yourself or a group!
