🇺🇸 We asked a few parents what the Glenwood Springs High School Air Force Junior ROTC program has meant to their students, and their gratitude says it all.

This student led program gives young people opportunities to lead, serve and grow while learning the value of responsibility, discipline, teamwork and citizenship. There is no obligation to join the military after high school. Instead, cadets gain confidence, discover strengths they may not have known they had and build skills through leadership, community service and hands on experiences that will stay with them long after graduation.

We’re grateful to these parents for sharing their perspective and proud to support a program helping the next generation find their voice, discover their potential and make a difference in their community.Please help us support their mission this month. Awesome job, Cadets Fitzgerald, Zelter, Kennedy, Najera, Salinas and Bello in leading the way today during the 2026 Heyday Parade in Silt, CO!

1st day of school.. 1st home Football Game and Color Guard Performance for Cadets. After brushing off the dust, Cadets Fitzgerald, Najera, Thomson and Kennedy did a great job presenting the colors after a long summer.

Another group - Cadets Quoetone, Salinas, Ivansco, Avellaneda, Juarez, Z. Dillon and Lopez volunteered to run concessions. Awesome to see three Cadets who just started JROTC today step up!
