🏁 Interstate Raceway Results | August 8–9, 2026 🏁
August 8–9 was an outstanding weekend at Interstate Raceway, and we want to make sure our racers, winners, runners-up, semifinalists, families, crews, sponsors, staff, and supporters all receive the recognition they earned.
This weekend was also especially important to us as we welcomed M State to Interstate Raceway for our 1st Annual M State Invitational!
Our partnership with M State is about much more than one race. We are working together to introduce students to drag racing, motorsports, automotive careers, and the racing community while continuing to promote one of the most important messages in our sport:
Take it to the strip — not the streets.
We want the next generation to know there is a place for them in motorsports, whether that's behind the wheel, turning wrenches, working at the track, or building a career in the automotive and motorsports industries.
Having M State involved with Interstate Raceway is another step toward growing the sport, creating opportunities for students, and giving young people a safe, legal, and competitive place to experience racing.

After the class racing was complete, our qualifying winners battled it out for the M State Invitational Cup.

A huge thank-you to M State for being part of the first year of this event and for working alongside Interstate Raceway to help introduce a new generation of students to organized motorsports.
We are excited to continue building this partnership and creating opportunities that encourage young people to experience racing on the drag strip, not on the street.

Even though this post is coming a little later than we would have liked, the accomplishments from this weekend are no less deserving of recognition.
