You don't have to be skilled in MMA to do this workout but it will kick your butt for sure!! Core de force is a great Beachbody program it is powerful and will help you with balance agility and strength along with learning proper form with beachbody's excellent trainers. No equipment needed just the fight inside you!!

So Beachbody's clean week has begun and I just checked out all the recipes she has and will totally be making them there's real food on her plan like burgers and wings π±!, 7 diff breakfasts lunches and dinners and snack options that are clean!! You will not be clueless as to what to eat. And there's templates to make your planning easier she also has included 4 new workouts for any fitness level and a week of shakeolgy all for $29.99 you also will have access to all of Beachbody on demand for 2weeks and can participate in my challenge group I am starting on Monday! I will be guiding you to a flatter tummy and lifted b***y!! Who's ready??!! I am not a Dr or nutritionist just a mom that after her 2nd baby was 15 months old I had a reality check that yes I am a mom but I can still look like and feel like a hot mom as you all should feel. I was at 215 lb tying my size 12 pants together with a hair tie and now I am 130lb in a size 4! It has taken time, as it should but I now lead an amazing lifestyle that I love and will never turn back. There's no reason to! I eat awesome food Im not counting calories or going without and I'm enjoying life!! You can too you just have to learn the lifestyle and that's exactly what clean week is all about. After finishing beachbody's newest a Week of Hard Labor, by the amazing Sagi, I feel very accomplished and deff stronger. I pushed myself by adding weights and getting in all the reps. I may have cried a bit during the leg day but wow does it feel good when you get done. If you need that push and to get past your plateau, this is it and I can help you get started!!
Now after saying that my job as a parent has been more challenging getting everything done running the kids all over the place and literally running to meetings down the road whole they are at gymnastics and then running back getting some good hard sprint running in, then coming home getting the nightly routine done and then adding on a 15 min chisel glutes workout to tighten this b***y up before I jump in he shower!! Beachbody has a ton of 10-15 min work outs in all the programs that make it great to add on or to so alone when limited on time.
Before Beachbody I was squeezing I to a size 12 now I'm slipping into a size 4 and loving it!!

Day 3 of hard week of Labor: core 30minutes. A strong core is a great foundation for your entire body. It helps build posture and balance not to mention great looking abs!! Get on board with me just ask for help and I can hook you up!!

Day 2 of Week of Hard Labor, legs, and they are on π₯!! OMG hardest leg workout ever!! Bearing through the shaking and the major sweat from working the largest muscles on the body was insane!! I love a nicely built leg though. Especially when it is legging season coming up and you know you don't want to be jigglin! firm it up lift weights and tone!! Very hard to get a leg selfie, legs shaking too much to go upstairs and find a tall mirror

Day 1 of Hard Week of Labor done and also added in a circuit class at pride fitness and ready for more in stored for tomorrow, if I can walk! I needed a good ass kicking after a long relaxing weekend and I'm ready to get ripped!! Had to wear my fav shirt today, because I am what I am mom's in love with fitness rock!! Got my sobbing crying butt off of Facebook and out of bed tonight after reading horrible news about another death of a child of families I've know since I was a kid. I did body beast total body thinking that working out tonight could give my heart some healing but it is so broken for a few families that grew up in our small community of Brighton il that have lost their children one being an infant and one family has been watching their child suffer through failed surgeries. I can't even imagine what they are going through right now. Please pray for their strength to get though the tough times and hold your loved ones close and try not to sweat the small stuff. Life is too short and for some way too short. They all have go fund me account set up and I hope they reach their goals and then some, ask I can get their info if you'd like to help

Back from vacation and worked on body beasts back and bi's tonight. I went to my rpm spinning class at the gym today, I won't lie it was rough but after a week off I had no energy to get started, so I drank a coffee vanilla with blueberries shakeolgy this morning and after my class all day I've been on the go!! I was non stop and after putting the kids to bed almost on time for the first day of school, I did some house work and made a commitment to get a workout in!! 50min went by fast when it is structured and you have someone giving you motivation and instruction. Beachbody is like having your own personal trainers right in front of you. Each video is focused and to the point there is no standing around Wondering what to do next. Ive had so much success with my transformation because of the focused workouts that tell you what part of your body you are working out . I also do a couple different classes at the gym and a killer circuit at pride fitness. I really feel for myself I need something times and guided like Beachbody and diff classes in order fore to stay on tract!! You should try it if ty aren't having any luck at what you are doing right now

Went to pride fitness, my power house of energy tonight for circuit training. I love working out at home and Beachbody is amazing at what it has done for me, but need a night a week around a group of positive people with insane energy doing what I love. Tomorrow I have tis friend of mine that wants to loose about 60lb but doesn't use the internet so she bought the DVD set of 21 day fix and so I have committed to helping her without the ease of our talking via FB in my groups or even texting wow really I have forgotten how that works. So I'm having her come over and do her first workout with her and show her the ropes of what this amazing program can do and has done for so many people. Check it out and let me know if you may be interested. Now for me it's on the ondemand along with every program beachbody has created so thats what I recommend but if your old school and don't have streaming capabilities there is nothing wrong with that, you can get any program on DVD.

When you take your kids out to play and your 5 year old wants to work out to Autumn, you workout to Autumn Calabrese!! So we did a yard workout to dirty 30 extreme and she lasted almost the entire 30min. Having Beachbody ondemand at home or anywhere you want makes it so easy to stay on track even with kids. I bring out the iPad and bells and they usually play on the swingset or Jeep and we all are happy then had an amazing barbeque making the best out of this beautiful weather. Skipped on the protein shake and just doubled up on my protein with dinner Grilled ahi yellow fin tuna brussel sprouts and a delish grass fed burger with avacodo and onion topped with mustard perfect meal!!
