Group circuit 8am tomorrow come enjoy the 4th with us.

We will be open for our normal group circuit class at 8am. 1 hour only $10.

Every Monday and Wednesday..9am and 6pm..

We will be canceling pilates this evening. Back on Thursday sorry for any inconveniences..

I know 8am is early but don't get caught yawning like this guy..

We will be collecting dog food till the end of june..starting june 1st. You can drop off for the dogs of 5A's Animal Shelter.. I do this yearly in honor of my mom but this year we are doing the whole month. Not just a 1 day event..
