Thank you Amy, Alyssa, and Chris (rode 40 miles through NYC yesterday!! 👏🏻 🚲) for starting your day with me! The baby was up all night and as badly as I wanted to roll over, this workout started my day off right. 30 min a day for YOU could literally change your life! ❤️💪🏼

It is so nice to be home for a white Christmas and perfect hiking weather! You are about to be bombarded with gimmicks and false promises to “Get your dream body in 2025!” Eat real food. Go outside. ❤️🌲 ❄️

Thankful that even after all this time, this crew remains and we can still sweat together. Alyssa picked us up from the airport Sunday and helped me pull off an epic surprise for my parents. We used her basement gym and laptop for class Monday AM and I wish we could do it every single week. ❤️ Thank you.

As we enter one of the tastiest, and most nostalgic, sentimental weeks of the year, I urge you to soak it all in. Enjoy those recipes you only have ONCE a year. Use real butter. Don't stress the sugar content. Have another glass of wine. Schedule a walk, hike, or run with friends. Hug one another. Take a nap. Balance.
