Thanks everyone for the Birthday wishes. Not a birthday I was looking forward too. But then I've not looked forward to a BD in a long while.

I do know one thing, getting out of bed in the morning should be an Olympic sport. Bronze is you grab the bed so you don't fall down. Silver is you just wobble a little Gold is you stand and walk on. I practice everyday but still don't think I can get Gold!
