This panel had multiple safety and code concerns, including:

🔴 Open knockout holes – These openings can allow moisture, dirt, insects, and even rodents into the panel.

🔴 Improper wire entry / Missing lock ring – One of the conductors entering the panel is missing a proper lock ring. Without it, the cable can shift or rub against the metal edge of the panel, potentially damaging the wire insulation and creating a safety concern.

🔴 Unused equipment left inside the panel – Loose or abandoned components should be removed to keep the panel safe, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards.

These may seem like small issues, but they can create safety concerns and are signs that the panel may need professional attention.
