🚲❤️ More than bikes. More than a team.

This year, the Golden High School Mountain Bike Team partnered with Wish for Wheels to give 36 children their very first bike and helmet.

Before delivery day, our student-athletes spent hours building each bike by hand. Then they had the opportunity to personally deliver them to students at Deane Elementary right here in Jeffco.

Watching the kids see their new bikes for the first time was a powerful reminder that the impact of sports extends far beyond competition. It's about leadership, generosity, and strengthening our community.

We couldn't be prouder of our student-athletes for helping create a day these young kiddos will never forget.

The GHS MTB Team is teaming up with Wish for Wheels to donate 36 brand-new bikes + helmets to 2nd graders at Deane Elementary 💛

Now we need YOU to help bring it to life.

🔧 Bike Build | April 22 (GHS, 3:30–5:30 PM)
Unbox + assemble bikes—no experience needed!

🎉 Bike Giveaway | May 14 (Deane Elementary)
Be there when kids receive their bikes (best day ever 🙌)

We’re aiming for 20–40 volunteers—riders, parents, siblings…everyone is welcome — just make sure to wear you GHS MTB GEAR!
