Great day for the Balanced Coaching crew at the Ralston Creek Half Marathon - PR's for everyone! Nice work Cody, Kelsey, Mike, and Karrie!
Almost functional Strength Wednesday, 5:30am at the Golden Rec Center if you care to join. Guess its a good thing I'm just now able to walk with minimal soreness from last week.
