Change is often like magic... it happens without us truly seeing it.
Change of Seasons, time change, changes in life... embrace it and power on.
A few years ago I started using new products in my home that are non-toxic. I love them and find that my health has improved overall with using them... a slow change that I am just realizing the impact.
As I embrace each year of birthdays, I focus more on overall health and wellness. Like my tree, small changes every day make for big changes in health.
I haven't posted here in some time... taking time for change and figuring out moving forward.
Thanks for still being here.

All truly great thoughts are conceived while walking. – Friedrich Nietzsche
I started walking again in January after a few years of a hiatus. Walking is my meditation. No headphones, no music, nothing but my thoughts to keep me company....and I am loving every step I take.
