No class Memorial Day.
As we move into the warmer, more active energy of the season, our indoor yoga classes will transition from a deeply restful Yin format into a gentle Slow Flow practice outside on the CCCIA deck. This seasonal shift invites more movement, heat, and grounding strength while still honoring mindfulness and ease.
Bye bye Yin season — hello Slow Flow. ✨

✨ The Flow
I believe in balance, so we’ve split this session into two distinct phases:
Part 1: The Warm-Up – We begin with intentional, rhythmic movement to wake up the muscles, build a little heat, and shake off the weekend stagnation.
Part 2: The Melt – We transition into a deep Yin practice. Think long, juicy holds designed to target deep connective tissues and release those stubborn pockets of tension.
Props provided including blocks, bolsters, straps. Props empower you to honor your body’s unique anatomy, ensuring that every pose feels attainable rather than forced so you can meet your body where you are - today.
