Klickitat County Fair & Rodeo Queen

10/18/2026

What a great way to end the rodeo season as the Klickitat County Fair & Rodeo Queen! NPRA Finals was one for the books!

On Friday night, I had the opportunity to be a part of grand entry alongside many other queens and watch an amazing performance by the top 12 contestants in each event.

Saturday was a day packed with fun! We started it off with an incredible grand entry, followed by carrying the flags of the sponsors who give us the opportunity to be here. After carrying flags, it was time for barrel racing! During the event, I rode in the barrel truck and raked the ground to make sure each contestant had the best possible chance to show the crowd what earned them a spot at the finals.

After the first performance, I attended the Queen Luncheon, where I spent time with the girls I traveled alongside all season and supported Queen Micaela as she prepared to finish out her season as Miss NPRA.

Saturday evening brought another amazing grand entry and incredible performances from all the contestants. As the night came to an end, we got to celebrate so many wins while also witnessing the support shown to every contestant. It was a beautiful reminder of the second family you gain through this sport.

I would like to thank everyone who helped make this weekend and the entire season such an incredible experience. From the rodeo boards and Queen coordinators to the contestants and fellow Queens, I am grateful for everyone who plays a part in making this all possible.

Most importantly, I am thankful for the opportunity I have been given to represent the Klickitat County Fair & Rodeo. I am so excited to continue this journey and make the most of the time I have left in my year as Queen!

With love,
Queen Jaylee

LET ’ER BUCK!

What an amazing day I spent at the Pendleton Round-Up!

I started my day with the Westward Ho! Parade, riding through town in a horse-drawn wagon. The energy from the crowd was incredible, and my new horse friends, Trigger and Luxe, were soaking up all the attention!

After the parade, I headed over to the Convention Center for the luncheon. I had such a great time visiting with all of the other queens and catching up with friends. We ended the luncheon with a big group photo—and WOW, there sure was a lot of visiting royalty!

To end my day, I headed to the rodeo. Oh, how I love this rodeo! There is truly nothing like the energy of the Green Mile. I handed out autographs, met so many wonderful people, and even made a new little friend—a “future queen” who absolutely made my day.

I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to represent Klickitat County and experience moments like these. These are memories and friendships I’ll carry with me long after my year as queen is over.

With excitement,
Queen Jaylee
