Heavy on the it's ok. It's apart of the human experience. Nobody likes facing these things about themselves, we've all been made to feel like being human is so much more superior than all creation 🙄 but...check ya energies darling. You may think you're protecting your peace whole time, you're really out here being a menace be it physically, mentally, emotionally or (most importantly) energetically.
Especially my spiritual community. You may be ascending, but we ain't got it all together either. Be mature enough to admit when you're being out of pocket. Don't try to blame everything on other people's energy trying to disrupt yours. Sometimes you are the weapon formed
