Practice is canceled tonight due to custodians needing the room to store desks while they wax floors in the nearby classrooms.

Opportunity for our K-8 kids this weekend! This camp is always well worth it.

Took a group of our older wrestlers to Farmville Central this past Saturday to compete at the Jaguar Rumble. Can't say enough about these wrestlers. Only took 4 and all 4 made it on the podium.

🥇Armaad (3-0) - Grinded out a win in a high pressure match against a really tough wrestler

🥈Mike (3-1) - First tournament ever, picked up a win in a 4OT match

🥉Taitum (2-2) - First time at 120lbs and first competition since his injury

🥇Zach (4-1) - Knocked off a JUCO commit

The club traded wrestling shoes for running shoes this past weekend for a takeover of the WSE Titan-Up 5K.

​While a 5K isn't a wrestling match, the grit required to push through is exactly the same. This was the perfect opportunity for some of our crew to show off their endurance and athleticism, while others used it as a chance to step out of their comfort zones and push their boundaries.

​We are incredibly proud of everyone who showed up and repped the club! A few special highlights:

​🏆 Coach Bob: Defended his crown and took 1st Place Overall!

​🥇 Ellie: Finished 1st in her age group and 7th female overall as a 9 year old!

​🥉 Jessica & Coach Sasser: Both took 3rd in their age groups!

​🤼‍♂️ Armaad: The only one brave enough to run the race in a wrestling singlet!

Took a short Sunday trip to NC State Wrestling for some work with Cason Howle ♤♤♤💪

If you're doing the 5K with us in May (and you should) tonight is the last night to sign up at the discounted price and receive a Tshirt. Registrations after tonight will be $10 more and doesn't include the race shirt.

WSE Titan UP 5K The WSE Titan UP 5K is on Saturday May 9, 2026. It includes the following events: Titan Up 5K, Titan Up Fun Run, and Virtual 5K.
