Neuse River Wars

Here is the points heading into this month’s event! We hope to see everyone this weekend for our tournament, registration is Saturday in Kinston from 5-6pm 🎣

In light of events today, moving forward there will be a rolling camera recording the release of all fish during our tournaments.

1) Fish must be released in the designated area, in view of the camera and a tournament director.

2) Fish must be set in the edge of the water and allowed to swim away under their own power.

3) ABSOLUTELY NO shoving or throwing of fish

4) Throwing or shoving of fish will result in automatic disqualification from the event.

5) Fish have exactly 10 minutes to swim away under their own power

6) If a fish(s) is unable to swim away in the allowed time, it will be disqualified.

7) In the event of a protest/ disqualification, video footage will be reviewed.

We appreciate all of our anglers, and want this to be a fair and transparent tournament.
We remind all that tournament directors decision/ ruling is final.
