Everyone will sign a waiver and meet Owner Jay Harris the First time renting the Dock/Pool. Please note: Annual Membership Form is also a waiver. Pricing:

2026 Private Rental - $50 / Hr
2026 Private Rental w/ Trainer - $70 / Hr

2026 Annual Membership (Unlimited Scheduled 2 Hour Rentals) - $400 /Year
Please note: Annual Membership is for dogs in Your Family Household ONLY.

2026 All Day Rentals(6 hours) Unlimited humans and dogs - $400 Friday - Sunday
All Day Rentals Monday - Thursday $350
Please note: Saturday and Sunday All Day Same Event $300/Day Total $600.00
