After all of the New Year resolutions are made and goals are set, it’s time that we believe in ourselves!

Do you want to begin exercising and stick with it but you’re not sure where to begin or maybe you don’t even feel you have the time to exercise? Start slow and progress. Begin your day by thinking active. What can you do today?
☀️Take the stairs as much as you can, walk to get lunch, take a ten minute walk during your break, walk a few extra aisles at the grocery store, take your 🐶 for a lil longer walk.
☀️ There’s many things you can do to simply be more active daily. Today try focusing on adding activity into your regularly scheduled day. Your body will thank you 😁

Are you including something that you enjoy doing into your exercise plan? Doing something you enjoy will for sure help you stick with it! I love basketball and it’s one of the best workouts I ever had.
