LA Prospects proudly recognizes a special coaching milestone — 15 SEASONS of commitment to our youth, our league, and the game we all love!

Coaching is about so much more than wins and losses. It’s about showing up, leading by example, teaching life lessons, building confidence, and believing in young athletes even when they don’t believe in themselves.

Fifteen seasons represents countless hours of sacrifice, patience, passion, and dedication. It’s a legacy built one player, one team, and one season at a time.

The true measure of a great coach isn’t just the games they’ve won, but the lives they’ve impacted along the way.

From all of us at LA Prospects, THANK YOU Lonnie Gros Jr. for 15 incredible seasons of pouring into the next generation. Your loyalty, leadership, and dedication have helped shape what LA Prospects is today.

🏆 15 SEASONS STRONG. A LEGACY THAT GOES BEYOND THE FIELD.
