Gonzales Kayak Launch Update June 2023!!!

The Yak Pak is happy to announce that construction has begun on the new Gonzales Kayak Launch in Jambalaya Park. We will post updates on our progress in the upcoming weeks.

!!! Gonzales Kayak Launch Update May 2023!!!

We are awaiting the final review from the US Corp of Engineers. We are also working with the City and Parish to schedule the start of construction, as well as finalizing details with the contractor on the retaining wall and final grading.

We are all ready to GET ON THE WATER!!

!!! GONZALES KAYAK LAUNCH UPDATE !!!

The Yak Pak is currently working with the Army Corps of Engineers for approval to proceed with the launch construction. This process may take 8-12 weeks before we can resume contruction. We will keep everyone updated on our progress via our page. Thanks again to everyone for your continued support of this project.
