When selecting a team for your athlete, safety, structure, and transparency matter.

Bayou Bella’s is proud to be:

✅ Officially registered with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU)
✅ SafeSport qualified through the U.S. Center for SafeSport
✅ Covered by AAU athlete insurance

What this means for our athletes:

• Our players are covered under AAU insurance during team practices and sanctioned tournaments.
• Our program follows SafeSport athlete protection standards, which focus on preventing abuse, bullying, harassment, and misconduct in youth sports.
• Our coaches and program operate under structured guidelines designed to keep athletes safe and supported.

We always encourage parents to verify teams directly through the AAU website to make sure the program they choose is properly registered.
