This is a very good personal point of view article on diet culture. It will leave you pondering on your own involvement with said culture. Here at Furnace Strength we do not prescribe to the toxicity of diet culture. We view exercise as a mean to mental and physical health. We also enjoy the mental framework of powerlifting, it encourages the focus of your bodies capability to do more and not the focus of looking less. Please read and be inspired!

A big thanks to Anthony's review. He joined us back in April and has come back to keep working out during these shut downs.
