This weekend, Corral West/Lucky Break wrangler, Bill McCall went home to Jesus. “Mild Bill” was everything a cowboy should be: hardworking, handy, honest and humble. Bill was our “Cowboy Dad” - he taught us a lot about horses and even more about life. In his younger days he was a calf roper and c**t starter and for us he was our farrier, trainer and head wrangler at our White Tank location. He took exceptional care of our guests, rescue horses and the ranch. Bill loved pack trips, his gelding Leftie and adored the love of his life, Betty Lou. It would mean a lot to us - if you had the privilege of knowing (or riding with) Bill - if you could share your favorite memory so we can share those with her. 💔
