My Goodyear PM classes crushed ‘s AM classes today!! I’m proud of you all 🙌🙌 The hell week Games have begun!! 💪😂🤩

I’ve been physically active my whole life but in the past couple years I’ve upped my training regimen and started noticing that I was regularly pulling muscles and not fully recovering after training. Since I started going to Dr. Peters Wellness Chiropractic and Massage about a year ago, I’ve seen a noticeable difference in how I feel and how quickly I’m recovering. I have even recently set some of my fastest run and ride times too! If you are feeling any pain or discomfort with any movement then I would highly recommend a visit.
