As the daughter of legendary martial artist Dan Inosanto and goddaughter of Bruce Lee, Diana has trained extensively in Kali, Eskrima, and Silat while continuing to inspire the next generation of martial artists through teaching, film, and mentorship.

Filipino Martial Arts focus on coordination, timing, discipline, adaptability, and real-world self-defense, skills that benefit students both on and off the mat. 💥

Big skills start small.

Our Early Skills program is designed specifically for ages 3–4 and focuses on building coordination, listening skills, confidence, balance, and teamwork in a fun and structured environment.

At this age, every class is about more than martial arts. Students are learning how to follow directions, work with others, stay focused, and grow more comfortable trying new things, all while having fun on the mat!

We love watching these little students gain confidence one class at a time 💪🤩

MARTIAL ARTIST SPOTLIGHT 🥋

Mark Zuckerberg may be known as the CEO of Meta, but outside of tech, he’s become deeply involved in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Zuckerberg began training during the pandemic and quickly developed a real passion for the sport. Calling BJJ the “best sport” because of its combination of physical intensity and mental strategy. In July 2023, he earned his blue belt.

He's competed in BJJ tournaments and earned both gold and silver medals in his first competition in 2023.🏅

Martial arts continues to attract people from every background because the lessons go far beyond the mat: discipline, focus, consistency, humility, and confidence.💪🧠
