Alyssa enjoys working with clients as they move through life and career transitions. She believes that it is never to early or late to explore your life purpose and passion. Integrating your purpose and passion into all aspects of your life can be incredibly fulfilling. Alyssa uses the coaching process and various assessments to help you uncover your authentic self. Alyssa is certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs (R) Type Inventory and Strong (R) Interest Inventory assessments. In addition to using these assessments in her practice, she works in partnership with other coaches to administer these restricted assessments. Referred clients are given the assessments, debriefed on the results and given a detailed report for their coach to use in their sessions. She has been employed in various functions, including engineering, consulting, product development, marketing, business development and coaching. To support each of these career transitions, Alyssa pursued the appropriate education and training. She relocated five times, purchasing homes in each location. These experiences have helped her understand the enormous impact of transitions. Education & Certifications:
