Impact MMA 9am adult class on Monday 12/2/24 will be closed due to coach needing to call out for personal reasons. Gym will be closed for the morning sessions and open at 5 pm for the evening sessions. Sorry for any inconvenience and the short notice.

Impact will be closed Thursday & Friday for the Thanksgiving Holiday 11/28/24 & 11/29/24. Classes and gym hours will go back to the regular schedule for Saturday 11/30/24.

Impact MMA will be closed 05/27/2024 for Memorial Day . Thank you to all that have served and especially to those that gave the ultimate sacrifice. Thank you to all that came back injured and lets not forget the families that suffer as they endure and navigate these losses. Lets try to do better as we provide for our veterans and their families.
