We offer opportunities for athletes ages 2.5–19, with programs ranging from Lite Team options and Prep Teams to Full Elite Travel.

If one of our current teams isn’t the right fit, don’t worry! We’ll also be sharing information about our limited Fall Half-Year Program, giving even more athletes the opportunity to become part of the CDA family.

At CDA, our goal is simple: to help every athlete find the team where they can grow, build confidence, make lifelong friendships, and love coming to the gym.
