All classes and camp are running as normal and our new space should be up and running in a week or so! Grand Re-opening ceremony will be in the fall. Thank you all, it's looking amazing!

As the parents of teenagers, we know how hard summer time can be. Our kids are too old for day camp and too young to get jobs. Teens require a different kind of space, motivation and program than they did as children and tweens. If things are too easy they lose interest and if they are too hard motivation becomes a challenge! It's so easy to lose structure, especially during the summer!

Our teens learn self defense, situational awareness, physical fitness, and the chance to develop connection with peers. New teen classes are forming now and free trial classes are available.
