Smoked Striper Rolls
I throw a few filets on the smoker when cooking other meat.
1&1/2 cups of smoked fish
One block of cream cheese
Garlic clove
3 tablespoons minced onions
Salt
2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix well let it sit in fridge overnight. Mix again. Serve in tortillas or with crackers.

Limits by 8:05 today.

I took the day off but Connor Wood caught a limit on bait today!

Fishing is off the charts!
Thats a 19 # striper in the middle. I would love to say that we caught that fish but we didn't. Casey Armstrong and myself caught a mess of stripers today. Just a little over 40 stripers caught.
Billy the bass fisherman caught the big fish. He was trying to revive it as we trolled by. Several attempts were made to release this fish. She just would not go.
