Summer can get busy fast.

Between vacations, weekends away, kids’ schedules, cookouts, and everything else life brings, it’s easy to put your routine on the back burner.

But taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing.

Maybe it’s a group exercise class once a week. Maybe it’s lifting on your own. Maybe it’s getting back into training, trying something new, or just walking through the doors again after some time away.

Wherever you’re starting from, that counts.

Show up when you can. Move in a way that feels good. Keep building strength, confidence, and consistency ..... one day at a time.

We’re here when you’re ready.

Jake finished his 6-week challenge strong 💪🔥

When Jake started, his main goal was simple: stay consistent and show up 2x per week.

And he did exactly that.

Over the past 6 weeks, Jake focused on building a routine that worked for real life — balancing work, family, sleep, nutrition, and training. One of the biggest changes he noticed was how much better his energy and recovery became once he started eating more, eating better, and staying consistent with his workouts.

He also stepped outside of his comfort zone with movements he had never really done before — like Pallof presses, TRX IYT, and ATG work — and ended up loving the new challenge for his body.

When asked what he would tell someone nervous about starting training, Jake said to go into it with personal goals and be willing to work with your trainer. They’ll help adjust the pace to match you and your goals.

Now that the challenge is wrapping up, Jake’s plan is to keep the consistency going by putting his workout days directly into his calendar — aiming to keep his 2 days per week locked in and maybe even add a 3rd when he can.

That’s what this challenge was all about: building habits that last beyond the 6 weeks.

Great work, Jake. You showed up, stayed consistent, and built real momentum 👏

Jennifer finished strong — and she’s not stopping anytime soon 🤩

One of the best parts of this 6-week journey has been watching Jennifer not only show up during the challenge, but continue showing up for herself after it.

She’s already been to the gym 3 days in a row this week 🥰 and even tried a Muscle Conditioning class this morning — with amazing form, of course!

This summer, Jennifer is hoping to keep the momentum going and continue making more time for herself. With two of her children away for summer internships/trips and another needing fewer rides to practices, she’s using this season as an opportunity to stay consistent and keep building on everything she’s started.

And that’s such a powerful reminder:

You have to take care of yourself so you can keep taking care of and building into others.

Jennifer, we are so proud of you. You came into this journey ready for a change, and you’re leaving with strength, confidence, routine, and a reminder that you are worth the time too 💪💗

Jodi finished strong 👏💪

For her final 1:1 session of the 6-Week Personal Training Giveaway, Jodi worked through different pieces of equipment she had never used before. The goal was to show her how the fundamental movements she’s been learning can carry over into so many areas of the gym—and help her feel confident using different equipment on her own.

And she did exactly that.

Over these 6 weeks, Jodi has grown so much in her strength, form, confidence, and independence. But even more than that, she has started taking time for herself again after years of giving so much to others.

After 6 years of 24-hour caregiving for her mother and daughter, Jodi committed much-needed attention to her own physical and mental health—and we could not be more proud of her.

The best part? She plans to purchase a year-long membership to keep building on this rediscovered momentum.

In Jodi’s words:

“I think the 1:1 helped me get over the fear and overwhelmed feelings of getting started in the gym again. The workouts and app info helped me feel organized and like I knew what to do when I came on my own.

Just chatting with you helped me feel like I was doing the right thing taking time for myself after giving all my time to others for so many years.

The gym has an open vibe where I felt like I could come without judgment. I felt welcomed in the yoga class I attended 4 of the 6 weeks.

And I look forward to trying more of what the gym has to offer and doing some 1:1 check-ins with you!”

Jodi, we are so proud of you. You showed up, trusted the process, and proved to yourself that you belong here.

This isn’t the end of your journey—it’s the beginning of a stronger, more confident chapter 💗

Devon had another great week, and it’s been so fun watching things start to click again for her 💪

As a former athlete, she already has that foundation and her body is starting to remember those movements. She’s strong, confident, and we’re already able to progress into heavier weights as she gets back into her routine.

This week, Devon is also taking advantage of Small Group Training and Team Training, which are both great ways to keep building strength, stay consistent, and add variety alongside 1:1 training.

It’s exciting to see her momentum growing each week.

Great work, Devon — keep going 👏🔥

Jodi is heading into the home stretch, and honestly, this is the kind of progress we love to see.

When she first started, there were certain pieces of equipment and areas of the gym that felt a little intimidating. And that’s real — walking into new spaces and trying new things can feel overwhelming at first.

But now? Jodi is doing it.

She’s trying new equipment, moving through the gym with more confidence, and learning how to work out independently.

That’s a BIG DEAL.

This journey hasn’t just been about getting stronger physically. It’s been about feeling more comfortable, more capable, and more confident every time she walks in.

Jodi, we’re so proud of you. Keep going... you’re doing amazing 💪

Jake is heading into his final week of the 6-Week Personal Training Giveaway and he has been absolutely crushing it 👏🔥

His goal from the start was simple but powerful: stay consistent and show up 2x per week.

And guess what? He hasn’t missed.

Through a solid workout program, better nutrition, and working on prioritizing sleep, Jake has noticed some huge wins:

✔ Better recovery than he remembers
✔ More energy throughout the day
✔ Increased metabolism
✔ More mental clarity
✔ Feeling stronger and more consistent

This is what happens when the little habits start stacking up.

We’ll be finishing up his final session this week and talking through future plans so he can keep the momentum going on his own.

Jake, we’re proud of the way you’ve shown up and committed to the process. Finish strong 💪
