My Rosemary + Sea Salt Focaccia is hand shaped, soaked and pressed in organic olive oil. After fermenting the dough for 72 hours, it is then baked to a golden brown where the dough crisps around the edges and where it has bubbled.

It is unbelievable, and definitely a labor of love ❤️❤️🥖🤩

My 72 hour, cold fermented, hand crafted Jalapeño Cheddar sourdough fresh out of the oven. These ladies are bursting with fresh jalapeño, sharp cheddar cheese, and local TX honey.
