We are thrilled to introduce you to our newest instructor, Rachel Edwards! She is ready to bring fresh energy and innovative workouts to our Studio. With a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, our new team member is here to inspire and motivate you on your Pilates journey.
Rachel is a Houston native, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise and Sport Science from Tarleton State University, graduating in 2025. She is currently completing her Comprehensive Pilates training and is dedicated to further developing her skills as a Pilates instructor. With a strong passion for movement and fitness, Rachel aims to help others feel confident and empowered in their bodies. She is committed to fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for her clients. Please welcome Rachel, she looks forward to working with each of you!
