💥 This is 46 — and proof that discipline beats victimhood.
Years ago, I crushed my L5 disc and lost function in my left calf. The doctor told me the nerve damage was permanent — I’d “never fully recover.” He was wrong. I’m 100% healed. ✅
I’ve dealt with chronic fatigue, multiple hernias, and seriously injured joints that would’ve made most people quit.
I don’t come from athletic genetics.
I had zero role models for any of this. 🚫
But I made a decision: I wasn’t going to follow the script I was handed. 📜❌
No shortcuts. No whining. Just years of showing up — injured, exhausted, pi**ed off, and still grinding 💪🧱
I trained around the pain.
I ate like a man 🥩🍳
I studied everything I could.
I stayed the course.
