We're looking for Girls interested in playing during the "Offseason" - CURRENT-Grade (based on 2025/2026 school year) Talented 6th Grade and Above

TRYOUT FEE: $10
Location: Cage Fieldhouse, Swartz Creek (MI)

Season:
The season will run April through beginning of June (Spring) and if played - Summer late June through July.

Season:
The Winter season will run through March. 25+ game season

Heads Up - Interested players do not HAVE to attend both sessions, but are encouraged to. The $10 is only paid once, not at both sessions.

11a-12:30 for Grades 5, 6 and 7th ; 1p-3p for Grades 8th and 9th

8th an 9th Grade team(s) will play April thru July.
Our younger teams will play April thru June.

Heads Up - we will hold a second workout on Wednesday evening (4/9) if an interested athlete can't make it on 4/6.

We had a great Skills & Drills this morning! Thanks to all the young ladies who came out and worked hard.

MBSA will be hosting more Skills & Drills sessions over Christmas break. Dates and times will be posted on our page soon.

MBSA Hoyas are offering 4th, 5th & 6th Grade Girls Skills & Drills with Coach Brian VanBuren and Coach Theresa Marvin

Saturday 12/3 from 9-10:30 AM

***Location Update - Cage Fieldhouse @ 4110 Morrish Road in Swartz Creek***

$10 fee (cash only)
Hoyas team members free

This week's Skills & Drills will include:
- Fun ball handling drills you can do at home
- How to get open without the ball
- How to move when your teammate drives
- Footwork for Screen & Roll plus Screen & Slip

All are welcome to join! Bring a teammate or friend!

Upcoming Skills & Drills Sessions for 4th, 5th & 6th Grade Girls:

Wednesday 11/23 from 11:00-12:00

Saturday 12/3 from 9:00-10:30

$10 per session or attend both sessions for $15. Drop-ins are welcome or pre-register by sending the player's name and grade to [email protected].

The location will be Cage Fieldhouse or another gym in Swartz Creek. We will post the site on Facebook a few days prior.

Great start for our 9th/10th Grade Hoyas (Marvin/Miller)... 2 wins in the Cage Varsity League today.

Sunday, 8/27 at Lake Fenton H.S., 2:30p to 4p AND
Sunday, 9/3 at Lake Fenton M.S., 12n to 1:30p
TRYOUT FEE: $15 (for both dates)
Tentative play in local 3 on 3 League along with 2-3 other weekend events. Fall Player Fee: $185/athlete 8th Graders are only allowed to participate if they are not playing for their school this Fall. All Practices will be held in Southern Genesee County
