Jil came in for our 1776 themed AMRAP today and in the process completed her 5️⃣0️⃣th workout with us at ‼️ In that time she has built her gym and protein habit and has also built almost 2lbs of muscle❗️Some impressive stuff from someone who routinely tells me I usually would have quit by now. Healthy habits equal a healthy life.

Driving in from Manvel, ND. Proving that excuses are just excuses. Let’s put our hands together for Patty who just completed her 5️⃣0️⃣th workout with us at ‼️ Developing that gym and protein habit and always working on our push habit. We build you up and create sustainable habits so when we push the hammer down on a tough workout we know that you can recover from it. It’s all a part of the process.
