Our teams are only as good as the coaches who lead them. While Coach Rob leads three of our Lakeshore teams, he’s also one of our Directors of Coaching. The weather threw some challenges at our players for their training sessions this week. From extreme heat to shortened practices due to thunderstorms and lightening, each day was a new surprise. Nothing some popsicles and water bucket “showers” can’t fix!

Our teams have been busy bonding and forming new friendships over the last few weeks. Team chemistry on the field always begins off of it.

Congratulations to the 14 teams who left it all on the pitch this weekend at the West Michigan Cup!

Several teams battled it out in PK shootouts, braved the rain and long weather delays, ending with many walking away with some hardware. We’re so proud of the grit that everyone showed this weekend. It’s clear that we’re just getting started this season! Let’s go, Lakeshore!
