Our Fall Class Schedule is here!

Whether you’re looking to build strength, get your heart rate up, improve mobility, or just switch up your routine, there’s something on the schedule for you.

And with a few exciting new classes joining the lineup this fall, we want to help you get to know them a little better.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be rolling out a Meet the Classes video series, introducing you to our classes, the instructors behind them, and what you can expect when you walk through the door.

Yesterday marked a milestone we’ll never forget!

Standing on that site surrounded by our members, staff, partners, family, friends, and community was a reminder of how far we’ve come and how much support we’ve had along the way.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the official groundbreaking of Feel Fit’s second location. Your presence made an already special day even more meaningful!

A heartfelt thank you to Elevate Comprehensive Health Center, Live Well Physical Therapy, Chief Construction, and everyone else who helped bring this vision to life.

We’re incredibly grateful for this community and excited for everything that’s ahead! 💙

On Wednesday, we officially announced the next chapter of Feel Fit.

Today, we simply want to say THANK YOU!

The excitement, messages, comments, and support has been incredible. We’re humbled by your response and even more excited for what’s ahead.

For years, we’ve talked about the importance of taking care of yourself beyond the weight room. Fitness is just one piece of the puzzle. Recovery, rehabilitation, nutrition, movement, and overall wellness all play an important role in living a healthier life.

That’s the vision behind this project.

We’re excited to partner with Elevate Comprehensive Health Center and Live Well Physical Therapy to create a space where people can focus on every aspect of their health, not just their workouts. Together, we’re building something that brings fitness, rehabilitation, recovery, and wellness all under one roof.

The groundbreaking ceremony marks the official beginning of that vision, and we’d love for you to be there as we take this exciting first step.
