Some fun summer camp shenanigans 🤩🤩

We are adding one extra little grips camp the first week of August!!! Don’t miss out if you want to have your youth be part of one of the best summer camp activities of the year!

Last up for our youth national crew is Cameron! With over a decade of competition experience, Cameron is in his last year of youth competition. He has consistently performed at a high level, even representing the US at Youth Worlds in China!

Cameron has been an exceptional climber and we are psyched to watch him cap off his youth career with another round at Nationals!

Next up is Tobe! A newer addition to our team, Tobe’s family relocated from NC to Grand Junction last year. Already an experienced climber, we’ve been psyched to help him level up his training and competition experience!

Tobe’s dad is an OG in the world of climbing, and Tobe’s been putting in work repeating some of the classic routes Mike Pont has put up in Rifle, while sending others training up for this event. We are psyched to have him on our crew and watch him grow as a climber!

If you see him in the gym he’s likely just flashed the full new set, and is pulling ridiculously hard moves on our spray wall!

It’s USA Climbing Youth Nationals this weekend, and Grip is excited to have three athletes competing in Lead!

First up is Kaidence! Competing in the U17 category, she has been climbing with Grip before we even had a facility! If you are in our gym you’ve likely seen her trying hard on boulders and doing long circuits to prep for competition. She also just sent her first outdoor 5.13 this summer on a team trip to Rifle!
